A Crumbled Blanket

today clouds weigh heavy
on the landscape
ambiguous and gray
crumbled
an uneven blanket
across the sky
threatening
whispering, rain is on the way
the ground already damp
a scouting party
during the night
station after station
the aspect stays the same
til the outskirts of the city
there!
through the crumbled blanket
there is a sheet of blue
smiling….

About pmisteil

Hi, my name is Paul though I write under other names like, Thatcher and Paolo, I love literature, art and architecture their passion and drama....the contradictions. The notion of Truth-who is the person behind the mask? Or does it matter! I like long walks and longer conversations over cappuccinos in a cafe with atmosphere and the rest is a journey!
