Summoned By The Twilight

yellow lights
sirens of surreality
out of the morning
darkness
beckoning
like lost souls
summoned by the twilight
curious about the dark side
shadow makers
shining in the night
guardians until dawn
witnessing
the remnants of human
dreams
on buses and commuter
trains
before the toil begins
as sleep presses down
upon their eyelids
before the ticket checker
makes his rounds
perhaps
stranded in the land of
the unreal
beyond their dreams

About pmisteil

Hi, my name is Paul though I write under other names like, Thatcher and Paolo, I love literature, art and architecture their passion and drama....the contradictions. The notion of Truth-who is the person behind the mask? Or does it matter! I like long walks and longer conversations over cappuccinos in a cafe with atmosphere and the rest is a journey!
